Felt good to get back into the gym tonight. Took too much time off after my Labor Day weekend vacation. Love the fact that my arms are shaking. LOL
I've set a goal of 260 by New Years, so that's about 30-35 lbs. Do-able, in my opinion. I'd like to be down to 230-225 by June of 2015. Also do-able, if I stick to the plan.
