Running my first 5K today. Warrior Dash, a mile obstacle course. I can't actually run 5K myself yet, but we'll see how it goes. I've been hitting the gym pretty hard, plus playing hockey 3 nights a week, I've dropped nearly 20 lbs. in the last month and can definitely tell I'm in better shape. A fellow overweight friend of mine, also trying to shape up, finished this in 67 minutes, so that's my goal. Wish me luck!
