Moved on to Week 4 Day 1 of Couch to 5k. Couldn't finish the last 5 minute run all the way through, I had to break it up. I also had my weigh-in this morning. No change on the scale, but I can definitely tell a difference in the way my clothes fit. That's all I can ask for
