Ahoy-hoy...
Last night was great! I saw The Get Up Kids Show, which of course rocked! Man, I swear to god, that little powerhouse Matt Pryor can fucking sing and move. He's just so tiny and thick, you just want to wrap your whole body around him. They played almost every song I could have hoped for (except Fall Semester
)... They played Woodson, Off the Wagon, Dottie I'm a Loner A Rebel (yay!) and even 10 minutes. They truly are my guilty little pleasure.
I also met up with some friends from high school that I hadn't seen in about 5 years and took them to Taqueria Cancun afterwards. The usual gossip about people we knew ensued over tacos generously piled up with meat (sorry veggie friends).
Once again, I must reiterate how much I love this city.
