Yes SG peeps...I...like many other people...tend to procrastinate quite a bit. I've always been that way it seems. I've tried not to be that way...be a little more organized...but I always end up right back where I was...procrastinating. I've even tried thinking positive...telling myself I'm not a procrastinator...thinking that will spark a fire under me that will get me more motivated. After all that...all I can say is that I'm positive I'm a procrastinator! hahaha I am what I am...I can't deny that. Does it cause me problems...procrastinating a lot? Yes...it can be stressful at times. For example (the thing that prompted me to start my blog writing about procrastination): Tomorrow is tax day and I haven't even got a single thing together. After I'm done writing...I have to go through probably five or six boxes (all filled with papers)...looking for all my stuff that's tax related. It should be fun (sarcasm)...cause those boxes are far from organized. Those are the boxes I just threw shit in without looking at it the last two times I moved...since both times were very rushed. At any rate...today should be somewhat stressful. Fingers crossed that. all the stuff I need is in those boxes and not in another box I'm not thinking of readily...cause I've got a whole house packed away in boxes just sitting down in the basement. Who knows...maybe I'll find all my shit right away. You never know. So...I know I'm not the only one like this. Who else is a procrastinator? And who else (in the States...since tax day is tomorrow here) has put off doing their taxes till the last minute?
On another note...I finally watched a movie yesterday that I had been really looking forward to...
...and needless to say...I was NOT impressed! Now...a movie has to pretty damn bad for me to flat out not like it. I can find some entertainment value in just about anything. But...this movie was actually pretty close to it for me. If it wasn't for the end...I would've been pretty pissed that I wasted two hours of my day watching this movie. That's why I said I was NOT impressed instead of simply saying I didn't like it. I can't say that I liked it...but I can't really say I didn't like it either. Sounds weird when you say it that way...doesn't it?! hahaha I was disappointed in the movie. I was expecting it to be a lot better than it was. I was bored through most of the movie. But...as I said...it was the end that saved it. I won't give any details as I don't wanna spoil anything for those that may not have seen it yet. My recommendation: Rent it cheap...or better yet...download the torrent for free. Don't just haul out and buy this movie if you haven't seen it yet.
I know I have a tendency to talk about the weather quite a bit in my blogs. I try not to...but I can't help it. When I write my blogs...I usually just sit down and write whatever is on my mind. So...I guess that means the weather is on my mind a lot. It had been quite a harsh winter! I hadn't seen a winter that cold and with that much snow in years...in fact..never. We broke records in both temperature and snowfall. Anyhow...winter is over...spring is here...and the temperatures are finally starting to rise. Such a welcome change! Not only do I abhor cold weather...but I also suffer from S.A.D. (Seasonal Affective Disorder...for those that don't know)...so winter is always quite a bit more depressing for me. Along with the recent rise in temperatures and the more occurrent sunshine...the depression starts to lift...which is a very good thing. It sucks being in a "bad mood" for months on end...so I'm really looking forward to this upcoming season! :)
I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend and I wish you all a spectacular Monday! :)
