ok, so i have been with the CHEESEcake fectory for 3 years and I was up for a bartending position, with a few others.
well they anounced who the new bar bitch was today and it went to the one woman who threatened to quit.
i am by no means devistated but I know that I am the best applicant for the job....
when will politics STOP coming into play when it comes to promotions?
if you know me, you know that i don't fuck around when it comes to my job, it pays ALL of my bills. i am buy far the most subserviant muther fucker when it comes to a job that is my responcibility.
as i have feared, that is not the case. people who play hard ball, have no concept of self-worth.
that position should have been mine(a small thing concedering all that is useful in paying bills). but with how i have been treated by the managment and patrons of the cheesecake factory in PASADENA... they are NOT worth my ANYTHING!!!!
i just fear that the record industry will treat me the same...then all hell will break loose.
i am done playing that game, everyone who plays ALWAYS LOOSES. i would rather take a bathh in my own blood.
