Try taking melatonin. It helps regualte sleep patterns and make one feel rested. Meditation helps to calm the mind and establish propoer Alpha brain patterns. Sorry, sleep is vital. I know how you feel. Melatonin and meditation always help me. I need to practice what I preach.

I definitely understand. Lets join a sleep study. We can... sleep with each other... Haha, naw, but like Ms FancyD said, you should take some Melatonin. That shit works wonders. Or sleepytime tea with Valarian root is sooo good. I've had troubles sleeping since all my crazy nights of staying up with Sidra D when she was first born. I've done many-a-thing to help my sleep, but the best idea is melatonin or valarian root.
You should call me when you're bored sometime. I always find myself wanting to call people late at night, but I know you've got a general schedule... I just don't know what that schedule is and I don't want to call at a bad time. We should go find some pretty things to look at and just..... relax. We both know we could use it.
