I think I'm getting totally screwed at work. I'm supposed to receive at least 60-80 dollars every two weeks as a tip, because the cooks are supposed to get 1% of all money from food sales. Well, my boss didn't give us (the cooks) our tips for two months, and now that we finally have it, it's a significantly less than it's supposed to be. It's about one third of what it should be.

I'm quite pissed. I know I'm going to quit, because this bullshit has gone on long enough. But I want to get my money and my satisfaction before I go.
