Oh Shit......Are you ready? I guess I have to be. The new year starts in exactly uh.......let me count the minutes, divide by 24, carry the 2. for some reason you always have to carry the 2. Then, subtract all the math and get back to the point.... New Year Resolutions!!!!
Each year, I join the overly excited, under prepared portion of the human race who actually try to make the new year the year of change. But, am I the one who needs change? Or is it the environment I place my self in that needs the real change? Either way, I still seem to reach for a pen, then throw that pen away because for some reason I hang onto pens that have long since ran out of ink. Blank page in front of me I think to myself "Where do I start?" Then it hits me like a ton of brick houses....... MY resolution this year is to NOT make a new years resolution.
Though in some way, I think I have already failed to achieve that, and the new year isn't even here yet. Making a decision for NO Resolution, is in fact making a resolution.
Yep, 2012 is going to be just another collection of days which I will take as individual chances to continue living my life in the way that works best for me. After all, isn't that what we all strive for?
Hope all f you are happy with who you are enough to know that the new year is just a continuation of you being the best you there has ever been.
