Ok....this day begins in the right way...
I wake up at 7.20 AM and check my email. Five minutes later, my cellphone rings (I still use my italian number to receive calls, even it's a bit expensive). I thought it would me my parents calling me, but from the number on the display I know it's not a call from italy. So I answer with my "international" answer (hellooooo?) and talk to a guy from Netherlands, who's calling me because he read my CV on an portal I subscribed to 1 year ago (and this is the first time, I think, anyone even reads my CV there!). He says there's a job offer for me, in south-eastern England. He says it's a marketing position and it's a high position (I think it's also his job to tease you like this... I don't think anyone would offer a REALLY high position of a 24-years-old boy).
I think that would be great because it's my field of studies, unfortunately I am forced to refuse because here in Canada I have a contract currently expiring in March 2007. h esays the company needs to fill in the position within one month. I tell him that I'm currently not available but ask to send me information on the job anyway.
I felt like a jackass for having accepted to move to Canada 2 months ago.
It's not that I don't like the job and the environment, but...I'm in a cul de sac and can't take advantage of best offers that are offered to me.
