when i lived in texas, there was alot of christian oppression going around. since moving from small town texas five and a half years ago, this nuisance has cut down dramatically.
yesterday, i experienced what i later concluded was a very subtle type of christian infiltration to which all cultures must succumb.
when i picked up my chinese food from the restaurant, the woman wished me a happy new year and i did the same. i realized that the chinese new year has yet to come, and the jewish new year was in, like september. i couldnt help but smile.
