i am my own best friend. it's funny, this seems to become more and more true for me. i'm not complaining. although i would like a companion for my adventures. my problem is i'm interested in all kinds of things no one else really gives a shit about. and it's not like i need someone who likes the same shit, i love sharing my useless knowledge, it just seems like no one wants too. o well, someday i'm sure i'll find somebody.
so today i got up early and used my badge from work to get into the national crime and punishment museum for free because it's national law enforcement week. i saw a lot of cool shit there, like original electric chairs, a brick from the garage where the st. valentines day massacre took place, the america's most wanted set, a signed picture drawn by charles manson, a signed photo from gacey, etc. then while i was leaving there i heard the rumbling of motorcycles and followed them. it ended up being a parade of cops on motorcycles. there were thousands of them, i took a lot of pictures. then i walked on over to the national archives, and then went and took a few last photo's of the white house as this is my last week here. so over all, a pretty productive day.
