Wow, I joked around about Farve getting a hip broken, and dammit if they didn't almost do it. Probably not what he expected for what will probably be his last game ever, but that's the cap on it more than likely.
Well tomorrow I will find out what shift I get to float on until that job is filled and in turn I will get to start to figure out if I get to stay on day shift or go to nights. I am pretty sure I am going to have to and that blows. a) it blows because I am not a fan of night shift, b) my buddy Brad is on days andso now I won't have him to numb the dudgery that is our job, damn him for being in a different craft and having a higher seniority than I.
The IT Crowd is pretty damn good, I started watching it instantly off the netflix last night and that's convenient entertainment right there.
Weather sucks for us that work outside right now. It was 23 and slighlty snowing today which would have been just fine and an all right day if it wouldn't have been for the damn gusting wind, probably took the wind chill down a good 20 some degrees or so. Supposed to be a bit colder tomorrow, so hopefully the wind cuts it the hell out.
Guess I best get all kinds of productive since my weekend is coming up tomorrow night, I have a good feeling about it.
I got a reprieve today, woot woot! A diffrent guy bid the job than what we thought was going to so I get to float the job he left and then another guy on days will probably get that one so then I will get to float that one, basically it all boils down to me staying on days for another 20 days or so until the second job is filled, that one I probably won't get, even though that would be the best case scenario type thing, but alas I will probably wind up on the night shift eventually, my third go round with that wretched shift, oh well the money will keep coming in and that's what this job is for, to pay the bills to set up the dreams, to make everything shiny and smiley yet again.

Wow, 200 miles - that's far away!
I'm already collecting The Walking Dead but I haven't read the other ones. I think it's time for a new order at Amazon.
