Today, easter sunday, was officially awe-inducing. I didn't have to work, so I went on a bike ride/picnic and really reflected on my life. I came to the conclusion that I don't need a girl to be happy, or any companion for that matter. I always put myself in situations that leave me heart-broken. Normally I ride my bike for conveyance, but today it was for me, for enjoyment. I rode for like 25 miles, had a picnic at the park, read a book, and listened to music. I never have time to enjoy music and books anymore, so today was awesome.
This eve was the Food Not Bombs meeting and serving, which also was awesome. I hung out with some rad folks, cooked some tasty grub, then we moved to a new location. The recent pick-ups have yielded copious amounts of vitasoy soymilk. I love how much we've been getting recently. Life is going well.
I guess Easter is good for something after all.
