This new Gwen Stefani sorta depresses me. Her CD/commercial for her clothing line has 3 good songs. Even though the Faint's last one was much better, I just know she'll get more attention.
Along similar lines, I introduced this extremely uncool guy I know to the Faint, and now he likes them. I guess that shouldn't be a bad thing, but I can't help feeling like I died a little inside.
For those of you who read comics, thought I might recommend some: The Ultimates just started back. Check out The Ultimates 2 #1. If you haven't read Hard Time, you must. The new Powers run is getting even better. Bendis and Maleev are doing some great things with Daredevil.
School is getting really busy; it's that time of year. I have four papers to write in the next couple weeks. Then it will be over for about a month and I can relax a little before I get into my thesis.

i was talking to someone the other day about really supporting a really cool band then watching them get all popular, and your happy for the band, but at the same time you kinda go... well shit! a conundrum (sp?) do you support, and promote through word of mouth. or do you keep it on the down, and they might break up?
