I was drinking in a pub the other day, when I discovered that they've got this guy downstairs -



Apparently, they reckon he was a roman legionary stationed here about 2000 years ago. He had this sign written above him that says 'Birth is the first step to death'

Crazy! not quite what you'd expect from a town centre pub.
