Dear boss,
I hate you.
Which I liked for it's punchiness.
Dear boss,
Fuck off.
Was another good one I thought, it says all that needs to be said. I'm in two minds as to whether or not to explain my decision to go, to state my unhappiness with:
His blatant discrimination,
His blatant cronyism,
His lack of management skills,
His appointment of the new supervisor,
His treatment of the old supervisor,
His treatment of the Southern team,
His complete ignorance of the state of morale within the team,
Upper management's lack of even the most basic of organisational skills,
The continuous fuck ups of the range reviews (Which happen at the same time, every year without fail - Learn from your mistakes for fuck's sake)
The new direction Marketing are taking the company,
The lack of reaction to the competition (Who are wiping the floor with us),
The knee jerk reaction of mass redundancies after marketing fail spectacularly for another year in a row,
The massive increase in workload,
The blatantly unrealistic timescale to complete aforementioned workload,
The lack of progression (For two years he said that job was as good as mine - yeah, right),
The assumption that I'll drop everything I'm doing and go wherever I'm told,
The distinct lack of communication,
His stupid fucking jokes and that chummy fucking grin,
The fact that the job is just shit.
Or, I could just state that I'm leaving with no reasons. But whatever happens, my resignation is at the worst possible time in the year for him, and it's going to throw a massive spanner in the works.
Good.
It has visa verification too. It is bollocks. They just want to set me up as a pre order.
