I was able to have the unmitigated joy of being able to procure tickets for the Eagles of Death Metal show in Camden on the 23rd of August. 
Alas though, it was tempered with the sadness that the one person I would have given almost anything to come along with me for that show; for they know the depths of my love for that band, can't come along. So it will be a bittersweet affair.
But, it will mean that I'll be able to have a few days staying in London (Probably the 23rd - 25th of August) so if anyone fancies meeting up over a couple of beers and talking complete arse, hit me up!
