The pirates expedition went well, even if the cinema did turn into an oven of sorts, and the rum I bought along didn't really do too much to slake the thirst I ended up getting. The movie was really good, not as good as the first one, but it did everything you expected of it. The only real disappointments were the cliffhanger ending (I hate those, if there's going to be a series of movies, can you please make all of them movies that don't have to be watched in sequence?) and as good as Depp was, I thought that Captain Sparrow lacked any real good dialogue, and just wasn't as sharp as he was in the first. But these are mere trifles.
Had a bit of an odd one yesterday, I met up with a good friend, and spent the afternoon explaining to her that the best thing for her and the welfare of her kids is to leave her husband (Also a friend of mine) and get the kids away from him. I didn't really enjoy that, but it had to be said. I just hope she does think about my advice and affect some form of change.
And I don't know how this happened, but it seems that I've agreed to go on holiday to Crete with my mother, my sister and her family next year. God have mercy on me.

Yes the meeting was weird, no one really said a word, which is kinda good from our point of view - silence means there were no problems with our work so far, but you bet when the final report is done there'll be comments. Still it's all recorded.
