Well, today finds me in a somewhat better mood. All kittens are now safe.
I had one of those low grade bad moods all day Saturday, which wasn't helped by a very strange evening out - good drinks, really good drinks, but shit venue, and very odd company, but that's by the by. Sunday however, I woke up in a really good mood, pissed off...

Making britches for pirates is a fine way to earn a living, and with increased numbers of pirates you help with global warming too ![biggrin](https://dz3ixmv6nok8z.cloudfront.net/static/img/emoticons/biggrin.b730b6165809.gif)

^Oi
step away from the kittens, they're to cute and fluffy to stamp on. Try ants instead as I don't really like them.

True, all of the stuff said are great, it's just an alternate path men take without the grooming influence of a woman. I shall contemplate beard next...
Sounds like you had a pretty much dream time, from beauty to kittens via pirates and beer, keep up the good work!

Hey
The pirates expedition went well, even if the cinema did turn into an oven of sorts, and the rum I bought along didn't really do too much to slake the thirst I ended up getting. The movie was really good, not as good as the first one, but it did everything you expected of it. The only real disappointments were the cliffhanger ending (I hate...

whilst wearing your Burberry with St Georges flag accessories I presume?
Yes the meeting was weird, no one really said a word, which is kinda good from our point of view - silence means there were no problems with our work so far, but you bet when the final report is done there'll be comments. Still it's all recorded.

I love Flogging Molly! Where were they playing?
I once heard someone say:
"A plan is a list of events that never happen"
This could not be truer. The plan for Friday was simplicity itself: Don't have too much to drink and go to bed early with your dignity still intact.
So I ended up drinking about 14 pints of wheat beer, and going to bed at half 5. Dignity? Well, I left...

The pics were taken on Monday at St Govans Head - Pembrokeshire. It's where my mothers is from. My greatgrandfather was a fisherman & knew these waters amazingly well (he was also coxwain of the milford haven lifeboat, back in the days when they used rowing boats
) I get back there as often as I can but, sadly, thats not very often these days

New housemate's moved in, cheap rent, late nights and an amount of falling asleep in a nightclub in Weston Super Mare.
That's about it really.
Off to Cannock tomorrow, then on to Preston. Where it'll be a very hard fought battle with myself not to lamp my boss.

Cheers! The reverend asked us if we wanted a religious ceremony and we both said "no" in unison. Combined disdain for organised religion is the foundation of any successful marriage.

One thing I hate doing is writing covering letters to potential employers. I've just done a bit of a tricky one. God knows if anything will come of it, one thing I hate about using the internet as a means of communication - it's just so damned impersonal. This is why I always regard fax mechines with suspicion too, it's just that you never get...

Well, I'm the travelling pig once again. I had my two days in Falmouth. I stayed in the smallest hotel room in the world. In fact, I was so overwhelmed at how undersized it was (Or should that be underwhelmed?
) That I took a picture, because that's how exciting my stay was.
In order to put a sense of perspective into it, I placed...

No, we had those insurmountable odds on the way back form Liverpool in January. I think I'll take the car, just drive slowly and hopefully miss all the M25 traffic. I'll enjoy the restive sounds of planes landing
That is the smallest bed, I have seen since I stayed in a B&B when I move up here. I swear you can't buy beds that small these days.
B&Q have 'concept' stores?

Hmmm I just don't know whether that would work. I wouldn't get paid and work would just pile up without me. I think I just have to suck it up.
I've got those end of holiday blues.
Back to work tomorrow, which means leaving for Bristol at 6am, working there until about 5 then driving straight from Bristol to Falmouth, about 180 miles away! Work in Falmouth for 2 days then I get to go home. Oh god I love this job.
In other news, I've found another Bird's nest in the back garden, the...
