Some of my closest friends tell me this is his attempt to "ease the pain by telling me what I want to hear and it will turn out to be empty promises" and I should sever all ties once I move. My heart disagrees. Another piece of advice I got was "the best way to get over a guy is to get under another one". Ummm, no thanks.

Starting over is hard. Once I move I'm going to focus on myself. I've already got my old job back. I have a ton of stuff to auction off on Ebay. And I will look into taking classes (figuring out what is another story, it needs to apply towards a future career). Maybe I'll say fuck it and join the military....
