So I got me a new job (5 month contract gig at FileNet.com) paying me far more than I've ever come close to before, a new SGLA membership (thanks Bean for finally getting that straightened out!) and a new lease on life for a freakin change. I'm not gonna hold my breath or anything, but are things actually looking up?
Not everything is perfect: getting back together with STG was shorter lived this time than it was the first time I played with them, but it wasn't as bad as a failed second chance with an ex or anything... And I've got plenty of my own stuff going to keep me both busy and happy.
Time to have some fun with this newly restored income stream. I kid you not, the next time you see me, I'm buying all your drinks that night. And you don't even have to go home with me. Neither does your girlfriend.
