the weeks over, and i think i actually came to a realization recently. i am the most skilled worker in my shop, and have the most quals. that means im supposed to be leading by example or something rite? and teaching my little underlings the ropes or whatever, instead of just doing what i have been doing and skating by and making all the new guys do the work for me. damn marine corps, making me have responsibilities
