Other people in your life are viewed through a movie screen,
Just like you, though you can never see yourself.
You can only see your boldest actions and miscalculated judgments.
Splattered across the pavement, and everyone slows down to look as the shake their heads and say;
What a waste.
If I would have written this story, I know what I would have done differently.
Like a savory mouthful of food, some things you want to chew the flavor out of forever.
But you'll chew the pulp into a tasteless mass, inevitably.
