Don't you hate these introductions? The first post of anyone's blog is always so akward, so scripted, so not at all them. When you try to summarize yourself into just a few paragraphs, you always come out with a biography of someone who isn't at all like yourself. Countless editing, putting to much thought into what elements of your past define you as a person.

My past? Full of shit. That's what my past is like. I'm a moderately successful guy who makes decent money in a decent city. I can't hold a relationship, I fuck up everything I touch, and I'm better than everyone else. I have too many friends who don't care and not enough friends who care enough.

Blogging on SG? Sure. I've blogged at livejournal, myspace, blogger, before but I just don't feel like it anymore. After shit with my friends and my ex I left those journals and was looking for something new. Why did I join SG? One of my friends is huge into it, and I figured I'd check it out. Not one to go half assed, I bought a yearlong subscription, so I'll be here pretty frequently. Welcome to me.
