so, i've always been a big fan of string cheese. it tastes really good, but i mostly like it because of the peeling, or "stringing" part. i LOVE stringing string cheese! it gives me a good feeling inside or something. so, my ex used to just eat the string cheese... just put it up to his mouth, and BITE into it. that drove me mildly (or tremendously) insane. and my boyfriend now? yeah, he does it, too. so, is this just something that guys do? or is it just something my boyfriends do to get on my nerves? or does it just not matter? people probably think i'm anal because of this, but i think i have a point. why would they call it string cheese, and make it the way they do, if they did not intend on people peeling it? if it were meant just to bite off, then could it not come in any form?

in recent years, however, i've realized that pulling strings off of the string cheese has become extremely difficult. it never peels evenly, and so you're left with a mess! which is why this new product, created by Sargento, intrigues me oh so much.

i don't think there's ever been any food product, ever (well, with the exception of Crunchy Reese's Peanut Butter cups, which no longer exist, but we won't get on THAT subject...) that has made me so excited. When you peel the strings off, they ACTUALLY peel off in a twist-motion. and the strings are even, too!
