well, I am indeed sick.
nothing like gut wrenching in the morning.
I'm better now, but still not well... stayed home today.
On the plus side, I got to spend some time with the kitties... of course, being nauseous and having a cat walking on your head isn't the most pleasant thing.

I'm not actually vegan, not because of any political thing but because I'm already anemic and sick more often than I should be, and most doctors have recommended that for the good of my heart and health in general I should eat animal products every once in a while.
