One of the hobbies my lovely wife and I share is people watching. Some simply call this being creepy but alas we are rarely caught in practice and no harm is done. As people are compelled to, we group certain people we observe into groups. Yes, truly and literally judging books by the cover. Our favorite of these groups is the loved and sexy. Prince calls this Lovesexy. I used to call this group twitterpated with nods to Bambi but now days people mistake that as a social media term. I have also heard of this blessed state of being as being in the love bubble. In the eighties, pop psych fans referred to it as the nine and a half weeks rule. The loved and sexy dont so much walk as float. They are in the grip of a new relationship; or at the very least a new phase of a relationship. They are wearing something they would not have been caught dead in under any other circumstance. It might be too tight, too short, or too devil may care. It could be all three at once. They so dont care what you or most anyone else thinks because there is one person that tells them they are looking GOOD. *read GOOD in your best creepy internal voice. If you do not have such, read in your best Samuel L. Jackson voice* Odds are this person is having regular and fantastic sex and the reason their feet never seem to touch down is because they are operating on endorphin levels high enough to make the Grinch giggle and skip like a sound of music cut scene. They are the perky little ray sun that cast everybody elses life into shadow. You can go on of two ways when you spot the signs in your fellow human. One - be glad for them. Hey, we have been there, good on them. Two hate them and be envious that they are loved and in love. The great thing is that it makes no difference to the loved and sexy which reaction you have. They are too busy thinking about their beloved to even notice what your reaction is.
