Dearest SG, I know this is long overdue... Hence the title.

I kind of just threw it together last night. There will be a new, less topless video to come that they can feature on the FP. I'm a little outta practice lately and I've been a little lazy. Since Hell City came and went, and I have 2 sets waiting in the wings, I haven't been working out or hooping much. I plan on changing that, I want to become a better hooper and a hotter Thana! I've also been thinking of getting back into origami and start selling my stuff. I think its just time for some small, self-improving, changes...
