Whats wrong with me

today i'm at work and i am whinging to my manager about not feeling crash hot.

i've been eating like an absolute horse... i have a literal insatiable appetite my hunger doesnt go away....sleeping beyond all reason like i'll never sleep again...my vision is hazy and my head is spaced to the max and you would think someone who cant stop eating and sleeping woud be packing it on but guess what? ITS SLIDING RIGHT OFF. I'M ACTUALLY LOSING WEIGHT. SERIOUSLY WTF.

So i go into the chemist on my lunch break wondering if they know the number for like a medical helpline...and then somehow im at the doctors getting a urine sample...

this is where it gets a bit icky so if you're not one for periods and pee then i suggest you dont read

the doctor dude tests it...and goes hmm...do you have your period? me: nope why? him: theres an awful lot of blood in your urine... he shows me the sample thing and its covered dark blue. which basically means my pee is riddled with invisible blood. then he says well you could have an infection but after this he asks me if my pee burns yada yada and no it doesnt. i go to the toilet normally. no my tummy doesnt hurt. no i can pee perfectly normal. yes i do pee alot but i dunno i've been like that for years so thats normal for me. and no doctor, i dont inject substances into my body.

so the doctor is puzzled and he makes me get blood tests. which, are my fear. and he thinks i might have diabetes except that doesnt explain the peepeeblood. im scared. something is wrong they dont know what and if it is diabetes that means having syringes in me every day and fucking hell im getting panicky again.
