today i felt confused mostly. heres something i wrote:
the train station is always filled wih an abundance of mismatching travelers.
business men with leather suit cases.
large women with funny shoes and bright purple skirts.
young men in their Vans, listening to music with their skateboard in hand.
omish folk wandering around judging others for their possesions.
a woman with a lunch pale, collaged in victorian and early 190's drawings.
a train pulls up and more people scatter.
my ears fill with the sound of the train.
birds cherp distantly.
people speak loudly.
children squeal with curiousity.
everyone with bags and things and places to go, people to see.
and i just sit here and watch.
the train doors close and its slowly pulls away from the station.
people are left waiting and greeting each other.
smiles and tears.
families walk by and give me strange looks for doodling in my book.
a woman walks by and smells distinctly like my late great aunt betty.
she was a wonderfully bitter woman.
little kids with ball caps, making their heads look extremely large, run and play in the lawn far away from where i sit and wonder.
where are all these people going?
I begin to eavesdrop but the conversations blur into each other.
women speaking in some foreign language.
an old man with reflective glasses chuckles and it shakes me on the bench.
an announcement is made on the intercom.
"thank you for choosing amtrak california for all your travelling needs."
a little asian girl stares up at her mother, making the woman bend her head back.
i instantly yearn to give birth.
a man shows some women art in diferent frames ranging from 4X5 to 5X7 in size.
all the commotion becomes confusing.
i suddenly become cold and don't know whether I should go or stay.
a woman with a pink backpack, sipping on a water bottle, sits next to me.
"is it okay if I sit here?"
She pulls out a star magazine and begins to read endless stupid fucking articles about celebrities and who they've had sex with.
the intercom voice comes back and thanks people for going far away from here.
"what's our train number? fourteen?"
cellphones ring and a voice answers.
"hellllooooooo."
someone giggles.
i need to leave but somehow feel stuck.
smearing red all over the pages in the note book with little red and white hearts decorating the cover.
someone says, "why don't you get a garden burger while you're here?"
I get hungry.
time for a burritto and silly company at rudy's down the street.
end transmission.
today i also bought an oktomat. life is now getting funner.
will post new photos soon. i hope
