So I am absolutely 100% purely pissed off! 
I just went to work. I needed gas, and a wanted a damn latte.
Well here comes my manager telling me that things are gonna change and I can't have my septum, even if it's tucked in my nose. I can't have a retainer in my nose. And my - as she puts it - "new fangled ear holes" are not going to happen either.
So naturally I'm pissed! What makes it okay for an employer to discriminate against specific employees (Mind you, we're not allowed to have exposed tattoos either and my manager's little pet is allowed to have his exposed. BULLSHIT) Because honestly and truthfully, I am the only one that ever gets bitched at about anything pertaining to my appearance there.
And it's HORSE SHIT! what's the point? they do no harm to anyone if you can't seem them! I don't have outrageous hair! I don't have any exposed tattoos!? W.T.F.?!@
It's completely outrageous and suffocating. Employers think that they can just undo everyone's individual rights and make them customer service clones? That's ridiculous!!
So in conclusion to my rant, when these new "inidividuality barring" rules come out, I'm counting on everyone here on SG to help me petition the higher ups for acceptance.
