First blog of 2014! A belated Happy New Year to everyone!! I hope you all had a wonderful time celebrating and that you enjoyed your Christmas if you celebrate. I spent my Christmas having dinner with my mother and one of my sisters and I brought in the new year fighting the flu like several people.
So far 2014 has been amazing! I'm not one for making resolutions as they tend to get broken, I feel that if you really want to change you won't wait until the beginning of the year. I do however have on going goals and I've been slowly achieving some. My modeling goals are to continue to improve, to work with more photographers, model for a clothing company and one day be in a tattoo magazine! I had the amazing opportunity to shoot with @alissa during her road trip and it was an absolute dream come true as I've wanted to shoot with her for years!! I felt completely comfortable working with her and posing felt so effortless plus she is amazing at directing you. The moment I met her I felt like I was with an old friend, she is truly a phenomenal person inside and out! I can't wait to work with her again and to show you all teasers from our set for SG! Though if you can't wait, she has a lovely video on her Instagram with a sneak peek of the outfit I wore. There is also a wonderful photo of @marceline and I there which is one of my favorite pictures ever ♥

I'm not sure which set will come out first but I'll be sure to let you all know ♥ I would have loved to hang out more with him and is beyond beautiful wife but like several models that I've noticed, I'm very introverted. A little known fact, unless you've met me, is that I'm extremely quiet and I have a very soft voice. It can be hard for me to be loud and it can take a very long time for me to open up to people unless they are very outgoing. I know that can give off the wrong impression but I'm very mellow, caring and can be dorky underneath it all.

We were supposed to shoot again today but as many of you probably know from the news, it's snowing!

I'm pretty excited to see how this and the other set we shot for Zivity turned out. I had a lot of fun working with him again ♥
Another goal of mine that I've been happily achieving is to get out more! I'm fortunate enough to work with an amazing group of women who watch anime, play video games and are considered weird like myself. We hang out outside of work which is something I've never experienced before until now. A few weeks ago we took a trip to Cataloochee Ski Area in North Carolina and I learned to ski!!
I have mastered the art of falling gracefully and sliding down the slopes on my butt ha ha! Though I just ran out of energy and it was just easier that way than struggling to get back up :-P We plan to go back and I will finally achieve a long time dream of mine which is to learn to snowboard!
This past weekend we had an early celebration for one of my coworkers who's birthday is today and we went bowling. It was my second time and I ended up with the highest score, I guess playing the bowling portion of a game I have on my xbox360 paid off
I'm also in the process of getting an old tattoo covered up. At the time I wanted something that would show my love of music but the new idea that I have will do a much better job. I love electric guitars and heavy metal so I'm getting my treble clef in a heart tattoo covered up with a Les Paul! This photo is just sharpie as my artist and I were discussing what I wanted. I won't get the tattoo until March, a few days before my birthday unless something opens up sooner on his schedule.
