i caved in quite recently and joined twitter, which is apparently the new facebook, which was the new myspace, which was the new friendster etc etc etc. no idea what the hell i'm doing so i pretty much bitch at people or write 'haha, yeah i agree' whenever someone cool says something. does that sound right? i'm not too cool these days so i don't know what the crazy kids get up to. anyway, hit me up: i am new to twitter so everyone can point and laugh at me and make me feel like the special kid at school
i'm STILL gutted about spiderman. it's probably the worst decision ever in the history of movies. i keep thinking back to when i first saw spiderman at the cinema, and how outstanding it was. so outstanding that i went to see it again a few days later, this time with a date i can't believe they've destroyed my hopes and dreams like this. overreaction? fuck you. i'm a nerd.
i still keep thinking about bits of my past that i miss. i guess i really wish i could relive my life from the age of about 19. the only things i wouldn't do differently would obviously be having my girls, although ideally the circumstances could be different.....
my 5 yr old picked up my buddy holly tab book the other day. looking at the cover, she said 'daddy, is this you?'. i laughed. i said 'no sweetheart, that's buddy holly, a famous musician. one of daddy's favourites'. 'well he looks like you'. sweetest thing ever. xx
