I hate it when I'm right sometimes! So I asked the girl from Sex class out again today, once again she did the whole "I'd love to, but I can't" thing again. So I've pretty much decided that she probably isn't actually interested, and just didn't want to hurt my feelings. Oh well, there are other girls out there...right? But I'm going out for Sushi tonight anyway! Anyone want to come??
My fire department has become consumed by politics, I HATE that! The other fire department that we just merged with to form a fire authority is now doing exactly what they've been telling us all along that they wern't going to do. Basically, they're closing down our station, sidelining all our trucks, effectively demoting all of our officers and slowly driving away our volunteers. I don't WANT to say I told you so, but its really starting to look that way. The hard part is, all of the actual crew guys and lower officers are really kewl, and they feel really bad about what's happening, but have to try to put a good spin on it and make us feel better about it 'cause their jobs depend on it. It's just their damn chief thats making problems. Well, I guess I'll just have to hang in there and see what happens and what I can do about it.
I signed the lease for my new house today, YEA!! Its such a nice place! I move in next Friday, so if anyone wants free beer and food, gimme a call and come help me move stuff!

if i have friday off, i'll help move. which is a rare thing if i don't request it, but it totally happens sometime. i usually get mondays off. and who cares whether or not they have mondays off?

i'm watching bad education with gael garcia bernal...mexican movie with subtitles...have you heard of it/seen it? i totally could have used it to write that last paper. oh well...too late now. it's pretty weird and i think i'll watch the rest tomorrow night when i'm slightly more awake.
big kitchens are awesome...congratulations on your new place, by the way. i have the wimpiest kitchen ever. it has like three square feet of counter space and the freezer is a little box inside my refrigerator and it freezer burns EVERYTHING. not that it matters, since all i've been eating at home is cereal anyways.
