WOW! So apparently when you join groups and actually start saying "Hello" to other people on here...they actually start to read your journal and leave comments...what a novel concept!
So yea...this weekend seemed like it didn't even exist! I worked all night Friday, slept until 4pm Saturday and then went and saw Batman (VERY kewl BTW!) and then worked all day Sunday. But hey, I've gotta pay the bills somehow, and I do really enjoy my job!
I really wish that my sex class was the one lasting two months and not the biochem class! I got my first exam back in biochem today and I didn't do NEARLY as well as I thought I had, but at least I still passed...barely. Sex class hasn't been nearly as fun the last two days as it usually is. We watched a movie about guys and their penises on Friday and finished it today, and that was just stupid! First off, most of the guys there should never have been allowed to get naked anywhere other then a dark room or a doctor's office (but then again I generally find the male body to be hideous anyway). Secondly, their comentary was horrible! Some of the useless drivil that came out of their mouths just made me want to retch. Then we watched Viva La Vulva today. Now don't get me wrong...I LOVE the female body and especially the "Vulva," but this movie actually really turned me off. I just didn't need to compare such a wonderful thing as a pussy to classical architecture! Oh well, maybe I'm just overly sensitive because I haven't gotten any in almost a year now! *Frown* I suppose that's really entirely my own fault though.
My biggest problem right now, I think, is not asking a girl out...its deciding which of the girls I've meet in my classes the last few weeks that I want to ask out! I mean there are like three or four really hot and seemingly nice girls in my two classes that I would really like to date, but I have no clue how to decide which one I should ask out. Technically I suppose I could "date" more than one of them, but I've never really been into the whole dating multiple people thing. *shrug* Wouldn't life just be a LOT easier if we didn't have this damn social stigma that guys should be the ones making advances?? I mean, most of the time, guys are really not picky and if a girl were to ask one of us out, we'd probably say "yes!"
Ladies: If you think a guy likes you, he probably does! If it looks like he wants to ask you out, but just can't seem to, give us a chance and just ask! You never know, you might meet a really great guy that way!
*Steps down from soapbox* Sorry, that was uncalled-for, I'm done now. Tomorrow, I will make a decision and ask out one of the girls I've been meaning to (or maybe I'll just flip a coin and decide that way! *grin*)
You know...a guy in high school (well...actually he was the boyfriend of a girl I was fooling around with) nicknamed me "Nate 90210," maybe some things haven't changed so much...
