That's what I feel like SCREECHING at all the catty girls in my class. I can't take it, everyone is so snarky behind people's backs. Just saying shit they would never say to the persons face.
Anyways, I'm at my last straw here. 150lbs. I'm NOT having that. Gym before friends. No more social food, no more boredom food, no more procrastination food, no more whole batches of haystacks.
More water, more small frequent meals, more movement, more routine.
