why is it that in many boxed foods they give you 2 packets to only require you to combine them immediately in the boiling water? why don't they just put it in one packet?

i have another survey. my friend asked me this the other day:

for the guys: would you rather have a nine inch erect penis at all times that you could not hide or a 2 inch penis at all times? (obvious answer here)

for the ladies: would you rather date a man with huge man-boobs or have a permanent mustache that you could do nothing about?
