Another whirlwind weekend, though for once I really held back on the drinking. A weekend without a hangover is always a treat.

I spent most of yesterday with Ryan and modernbombshell shopping, swimming in my pool, drinking at some random grad-student luau at Mission Beach and talking shit to each other. I managed to get some significant Burning Man shopping done at REI, which means I've started my "pile" of Burning Man crap in my room now. YES! It makes it seem all the more real...

Saturday night Ryan and I got all gothed out and went out to Sabbat. I was never a goth, so I always kind of feel like a fish out of water at goth clubs. And this despite the fact that I have plenty of "goth" type outfits to wear due to my Burning Man costume whoredom. Anyway, the music was good and the crowd was interesting so it was a good time all around.

I went to Coronado Beach today with Ryan and soaked up the beautiful sunshine. I now have a pretty decent sunburn, which will eventually turn into a tan. Next time I go to the beach, I'm totally going to Black's because then I can be naked and get a FULL tan instead of this bikini tan crap.

Tonight I'm going to Stephen's for margaritas. Yummy!
