yay! while plans have changed...i was still able to find blackcorvidae and myself a campground that is acceptable (from what i can tell) in Virginia!
its in the Shenandoah River State Park....a walk-in primative campsite (30-100 yrds from vehicle) and they accept dogs and even better there are only 10 sites in the campground! hows that for less people!
i really wanna do the appalacian trail and just camp anywhere..but i think we will wait for another time. it always takes one or two little trips to get the real camping started.
my big goal....a nice backpacking trip in August or September....i wanna do one of those hike in 6 miles before pitching a tent kinda thing!
