hey everyone go say hello to photosweetie! she is new to the site and even more importantly my favorite person at work (and is sadly leaving for greener pastures very soon). so go make her feel welcome! ARRR!!!

do you kids listen to The Mates of State??? i think this is my new favorite band! i'm currently trying to download as much of it as i can...oh happy times on a lazy saturday finding new music!

i had a fun time in AC for Karma's bachlorette party last night too! it was good times and fun celebrating with the SGcrew and friends!

Bedhead, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, Screeching Weasel, Mates of State, Leonard Cohen, Descendents, Anthology of American Folk Music (6 cds!), Ladytron, Moving Targets, Pretty Girls Make Graves, Kitchens of Distinction, Naked Raygun, Ned's Atomic Dustbin, Husker Du, and Catherine Wheel. all full albums or more!

yeah...I know. Im a douchebag. but maybe If I leave for a bit, Ill remember why I dug on SG in the first place. More than likely, Ill forget to unsubscribe, and still end up staying. it's only happened...what, 5 times already?

As for Mates of State, I first heard of them a few years ago. They didnt really do much for me. Even moreso when I found out the hot girl is married to the dorky guy. biggrin

I have like... $5 to my name. I'm even $20 short on my rent this month. BAD WEEK to go blow money drinking.
