I have two new hires at Delicious. One of these new girls keeps making expensive mistakes when packing orders and can't seem to get here on time...as in..she is usually at least 30 minutes late..sometimes much much later then that.

So anyway...today I had to write my first "Notice" for outstanding Tardies/Absences for the employee to sign.

Here is what it said:

CorsetMaking.Com Attendance Notice
The sheduled shift for you (employee name) is currently from (scheduled hours). You have been notified verbally prior to this written notice that you are expected to be here durring your regularly scheduled shifts and that you would recieve a Notice upon your next late/absent day.

After recieving 3 Notices you will be on probation with the company and if there any more unexcused late/absences within a 3 month period action may be taken to further reduce your hours to to let you go.
