The Asian Bistro / Sushi Bar wants me to bring my driver's license and Social Security card in tomorrow, which means they want to do a background check and hire me. Hours and money are decent, but it would be a good opportunity to work for a highly-reputed Japanese Chef, improve my sushi skills and (sigh) train on the Teppan Grill. Hopefully it pans out, because white boy wants to specialize in spicy foods and open a restaurant one day that features peppers from all around the world. Asian food is essentially where it's at right now, and this restaurant offers Korean and Japanese. Good opportunity.
