i got fired because my kitchen manager claims i made a bad mistake and cost the company $100 worth of food the day i had a kidney stone. he basically told me to make food that was near spoilage, and then insisted i put it on the hot bar when it didn't come out right. of course, he claims the mistake was mine in the preparation, even though i told him the food was bad and i didn't want to serve it. i probably won't be on here for awhile, dealing with some major lower back issues.
