here's the list of things we offer at the hot buffet where i work ; lobster bisque, beef stroganoff, beef brisket, bbq ribs, chicken wings, fried fish, collard greens, mashed potatoes, steamed vegetables, penne with pomodoro or alfredo, rice pilaf, black beans, pinto beans, parmesan dinner rolls, cheese balls and fried bananas. you can also get onion rings, calamari, nachos or lobster talils for an extra fee. desserts include creme brulee, flan and various types of cakes. the skewers include three cuts of beef, two cuts of pork, two cuts of chicken, shrimp, vegetables and pineapple. did i mention the full salad bar? place is crazy busy.
