I am hoping to make this job into a decent thing. I realized that there is a lot of potential to make some decent cash while I work there. I want to make enough to buy some nicer shit. A watch, a few pistols, holsters, and some more hats from LIDS. I need to start reading more and getting back into sharpening my mind as well as my body. The money will also be saved for a rainy day.
I got my running shoes and now I need to have my Ipod returned. I finally got it fixed but I missed DHL as I had to go to class. I will be finished with this class this week, but on the new and improved sleeping schedule. I can now start getting up at 8:30 and going to the gym for an hour or so and then I can go home to shower with time to make it to class. I am hoping to catch DHL soon as I dont want to have to drive out there and pick up my Ipod.
I also need to get a new social security card issued as the one I have is falling apart. It is very torn and ripped. Either way I hope that I can get all the bullshit paperwork done sooner than later. I hate government bereaucracy very much as it is just so redundant. I find it ironic that I need a social security card to work and I need a paystub to get a new social security card. There are so many stupid idiosyncrasies like this in our world that it is rediculous.
I have lost another few pounds. My weight is still pretty stalled but it is slowly coming down which is good. I am trying to figure out what it is, I suspect that the dairy was causing my weight to stall so I cut back on it. I am also cutting back on my water consumption. I was over a gallon daily so this maybe helping. I am drinking diet Dr. Pepper like crazy now or Diet Rite.
I am hoping that riding my bike to McDonalds and eating the way I am will help me to lose faster. As well as I have to start hitting the gym. I keep hearing that weight lifting will help me to lose weight quickly. I keep saying this and I keep kicking myself in the as for not doing it.
In other news I really miss Jenny. I talked to her sister on AIM when she signed into her sisters name. She told me that Jenny is not with Jeff which is good. I learned from her sister that she is in Kansas, where I believe she has friends and family. I dont know why I miss her so much lately. I have a theory though. Since I am alone all the time down here as my roommate is with Sonya or working all the time and I have no friends, I just miss what I felt most comfortable with. I call my other friends and invite them down but they never come down or dont even call me back. It makes a man feel unloved and worthless. So I realize then that they are not necessarily my real friends if they do not at the least call me back.
In about 5 weeks or so school will be back in session, so it will be alright soon. I am just bored all the time as I have nothing to do. This is the perfect time to start going to the gym and I realize that. I will soon be working a lot more which is cool but at the same time kind of sucks. I am anxiously awaiting my financial aid check in August as it will be nice to have that extra cash just chilling in the bank. I will pay off the rent or at least the majority of it. I have paid for 4 months of it so far, all I will need to pay is for the next 8 months but I will try to pay it off asap. I pay $340 a month plus electricity. $2720 is what I will send them in August. I will then have the year paid off and I wont have to worry about the rent which will be a huge burden off of my mind. Then it will be electricity and cable. I believe that will be a few hundred dollars for the rest of the year. I want to stash some money as well.
I have a plan to make some. It is an investment but I plan to buy a few holsters from a custom maker and sell them on Ebay. Once they are done I will put them up and make at least 50% profit which is nice. I figure I will get about $1000 worh of them and make some cash as I can use it.
I am going to cook something right now as I am getting hungry. Probably a pork steak and maybe a salad to compliment it. The Godfather is on and I want to watch that but I have to do some reading for class. My class is a joke, it really is. I just want to raise my grade to an A as I am getting a B right now. It would really help my GPA out if I get As in my summer classes. I believe I would become eligible for a scholarship which could give me a grand a semester. That would rock as it would be free money.
Here is an interesting article on a very famous piece of history that celebrates 60 years of existence.
AK-47 Inventor: I Don't Lose Sleep

Mikhail Kalashnikov, 87, holds his AK-47 Nr.1, a prototype of the famous AK-47 rifle, during a ceremony to mark the 60th anniversary of the worldwide assault rifle creation in the Russia's Armed Forces Central Museum in Moscow on Friday, July 6, 2007. Sturdy, simple and cheap, firing 600 bullets a minute, the world's estimated 100 million Kalashnikovs account for up to 80 percent of all assault rifles.

MOSCOW - Sixty years after the AK-47 went into production, Mikhail Kalashnikov says he does not stay awake at night worrying about the bloodshed wrought by the world's most popular assault rifle.
"I sleep well. It's the politicians who are to blame for failing to come to an agreement and resorting to violence," Kalashnikov said Friday at a ceremony marking the birth of the rifle, whose initials stand for "Avtomat Kalashnikov."
It was before he started designing the gun that he slept badly, worried about the superior weapons that Nazi soldiers were using with grisly effectiveness against the Red Army in World War II. He saw them at close range himself, while fighting on the front lines.
While hospitalized with wounds after a Nazi shell hit his tank in the 1941 battle of Bryansk, Kalashnikov decided to design an automatic rifle combining the best features of the American M1 and the German StG44.
"Blame the Nazi Germans for making me become a gun designer," said Kalashnikov, frail but sharp at age 87. "I always wanted to construct agriculture machinery."
Since production began, more than 100 million AK-47s have been made _ either at the home factory in the central Russian city of Izhevsk, under license in dozens of other countries, or illegally. Sergei Chemezov, director of the Russian arms export monopoly Rosoboronexport, said nearly a million a year are produced without license.
The AK-47 has been a mainstay in wars, coups, terrorist attacks, robberies and other mayhem. Its popularity comes from being rugged and easy to maintain, though its accuracy is not high.
It proved ideal and extremely reliable for warfare in jungle or desert _ easily assembled and able to keep firing in sandy or wet conditions that would jam a U.S-made M-16.
"During the Vietnam war, American soldiers would throw away their M-16s to grab AK-47s and bullets for it from dead Vietnamese soldiers," he said. "I hear American soldiers in Iraq use it quite often."
The simplicity and reliability of the AK-47 made it a favorite of rebel movements worldwide _ it even features on the Mozambique flag. Keen to support anti-colonial movements in Asia and Africa, the Soviets proliferated the rifle, sometimes for free, to pro-Soviet regimes or insurgents.
In 2005, Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez, who styles himself as a leader of the fighting against imperialism, ordered 100,000 for his army.
"The Kalashnikov rifle is a symbol of the creative genius of our people," President Vladimir Putin said in a statement read to Kalashnikov at the ceremony in the Central Russian Army Museum.
"It's a huge and splendid celebration," said Nikolai Shvets of Rosoboronexport. "For another 20 years, the AK-47 will remain unsurpassed by any other automatic rifle in the world."
Kalashnikov is still active and prolific _ he tours the world as a Rosoboronexport consultant helping strike new arms deals, and has written several books on his life, about arms and about youth education.
"After the collapse of the great and mighty Soviet Union so much crap has been imposed on us, especially on the younger generation," he said. "I wrote six books to help them find their way in life."
He said he is proud of his bronze bust installed in his native village of Kurya in the Siberian region of Altai. He said newlyweds bring flowers to the bust.
"They whisper 'Uncle Misha, wish us happiness and healthy kids,'" he said. "What other gun designer can boast of that?"

Anyways I must be going. I hope you all are doing well.
