right.
i don't make new year's resolutions, no. i make "decisions that happen to come up right around the turn of the calendar" you see, i've never had any luck with "resolutions," but i've always had amazing luck with re-invention, and that's just fine by me.
so.
~ i will floss every night. [i used to do this on a regular basis, and then i ran out of floss. i bought more, later on, but then i lost that floss. and now i found it, but i am too tired most nights to floss my teeth. and i want my new dentist to be proud of me. hell, i'm paying him enough.]
~ i will quit smoking. [i read on the american cancer society and american lung society website, and have heard from a doctor friend that the best thing to do is cut down gradually. so this week, it's a cigarette every two hours or more. next week, every four. the week after, every six. etc etc etc. the goal is to be smoke free by march.]
~ i will be better about going to my yoga classes. [no more of these two weeks off when i am not sick. i will admit that i have been good during those times when making time for class just wasn't possible, that i did practice at home quite a bit, so i didn't let my practice itself falter, just the money i was spending on class.]
and now, after four hours of knitting, i am off to bed to read more about anatomy and marketing. (no the two aren't related, don't worry about it)

And flossing is always good.
