I have being researching the comming generational war between the ageing heath expensive lime light hogging, asset stealing judgmental baby boomers vs the gen X or neXt as i say and Y's. Read a book by Ryan Heath called Please f*ck off it our turn now, holding baby boomers to account.
I am sick to death of some 60 something communest puesdo intelectual lamaiting about the working poor while living off his Telstra shares and showing off with his lastest holiday snaps from Noosa. The housing and property bubble is all but lost becase of the baby boomers 4th investment property and If one more BB makes a crack about in their day it was done this way so therefore we were better and your not sonny.
Always moving the goal posts so we can never win, contenstly telling me how great it is their still performing and they never have to grow up (and their not going to) 55 year old teenages were never cool and are never going to be.
I'll let you all off my rant now I'm just feeling a little pissed of because its my birthday and it just another day but jus another day were nothing in this world has changed.

I love the property market, I made my first million off this market and it's still going strong, it's not the BB's or the market that is the problem, its how you deal with it.
It's funny that the market that has made me rich is the same one that is giving you the shits, mmmm something to think about huh
