There was this girl I was infactuated with back in high school. Her name was Deborah. And she was one of the only girls that actually made me feel sick to be around (the good sick... the healthy love sick
)
My friend Oktober saw her a while ago in the store he works at... and updated me that she wasn't the same girl anymore I'd grown to love... This saddened me to think of...
ANYWAY.
I saw her today. In the grocery store.
*Sigh*
She still does it to me. Even though she didn't even see me or we didn't even talk. Sometimes that just isn't needed.
It was weird though. She was "her" but so not her.
Gone was her natural raven hair... replaced with a cheap bleachy-blonde. Her mouth now carrying a cigarette, where before only a smile was necessary.
When I left the grocery store I saw her stepping out of the liquor store with a massive thing of really bad beer... and she then threw it into the back of her dirty and rusted out VW Rabbit. She didn't look happy. She looked kinda sad.
I wanted to run up and say hello... maybe help her out however I could.
But that isn't my job. I'm no prince. She's obviously not my princess.
Today I mourn the passing of one of my early and strongest crushes with bittersweet acceptance.
I hope she finds herself.

In other news? I'm healthy again! After three days of headache ranging from feeling shitty to migraine mania I am feeling good right ... NOW!
And- finally some news on the mini-series..
The role I auditioned for THREE times has been canned... BUT they are giving me a different part... a continuity role... meaning basically I will be needed for the same role every episode but they don't have to pay me nearly as much because they call me continuity actor as opposed to actor. It's still good though... Guaranteed acting work through until April it looks like.. More details to come.. But it looks like it's low if any on the dialogue... but we'll see...
Oh, and today I got bamboozled by an asshole...

PS I am updating this to say I am gonna write Deb and say hello... not an attempt at flirting.. but just something that could give her an outlet of friendliness.. (Just in case her situation is not as cool as it should be for her..)
