It's been a little while.
I have since gone vegan as an experiment. Theoretically, it's only going to be for a month, but if I dig it by the end, we'll see if I want to continue.
Classes are going smoothy, except for my 9am that meets three days a week and is about as enjoyable as rubbing poison ivy all over my naked body. I have a presentation due in that class on Friday, and after that I fully intend to take a few days off from it. Stupid class. At least it's not required for my major.
Which, by the way, is theater. I'm an actor. Tentatively. Well, I'm not tentatively an actor, that's been in the works since I was nine, but career-wise. There are a couple of reasons for the hesitation. Tattoos and acting don't mix so well, though I'm not particularly interested in film acting and stage makeup is amazing at covering ink. It just makes it a bit harder to get hired, from what I understand. Not to mention the fact that acting has something like a 96% unemployment rate. Stellar. Not that any of my other career options are that much more lucrative. I come up with a different one every week, so it's a damn good thing I'm only 20. I'm all over the place, but for the time being, I'm allowed to be.
And, speaking of school, I have to run to a class about sexual conflict in drama. It's actually fascinating, I've done quite a bit of gender studies, and that might end up being one of my minors. I have about three potential minors and two potential majors at the moment. What was that I said about being indecisive? I don't even have to declare anytime soon, so I should stop hyperventillating about it.
Have a nice day, everyone.
